Shipping policy

All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 1-3 business days.

You will receive notification of shipment with full tracking information. As we partner with specialized European suppliers to bring you premium organic wellness products, delivery typically takes:

• France: 5-10 business days • Rest of Europe: 7-14 business days • Some specialty items may take up to 21 business days depending on product location

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be cancelled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Lomaberry cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
